Morning Rituals

There's power in a morning routine!

What you do at the start of your day can set the tone for the rest of it. I do this most mornings:

  • Meditate

  • Write down goals /journal

  • Listen to uplifting music

  • Water my plants

  • Take Vitamins with a full glass of water

  • Light incense

  • MOVE MY BODY!!!

Plants

Here are a few of my favorite EASY plants:

Spider Plant

Fertility, good energy, and prosperity. Spider plants are thought to remove negative energies from your home. In some beliefs, they also symbolize fertility if you keep them in the bedroom while hanging one in the kitchen is supposed to bring you prosperity

Devil’s Ivy

Magical Properties:

·        Protection

·        Resilience

·        Forgiveness

Keep some devil’s ivy around as a reminder that: Like the plant, you can survive and regrow. Even after being cut down or chewed apart.

Peace lily

Because it blooms with white lily-like flowers, the peace lily is frequently associated with purity, prosperity, innocence, peace, and sympathy.  peace lily plants in your  home and in the workplace to strike balance, reduce tension, and attract positive energy.

Air plants

Many cultures believe these plants to be sacred because of the spirits that dwell within the plants themselves. Religious and spiritual leaders use these plants, their compounds and mixtures to bring balance to the physical and spiritual world, heal mind and body, and provide for spiritual awakening.
