What is Intuitive Bodywork?
‘Intuitive’ means I use my intuitive awareness of you at all levels (physical, physiological, energetic, emotional, mental, spiritual) in order to assess and respond to your individual needs. This is an innate gift & skill I have been professionally refining for over 20 years.
‘Bodywork’ means I am usually in contact with your body. This allows me to ‘tune into’ your body, energy, and being. I work with my hands to release energy blockages (Reiki) or by using other bodywork techniques such as therapeutic massage. I combine different techniques according to your individual need.

Massage Therapy
Swedish Treatment
With the table warmed to the perfect temperature for total relaxation the client will feel crashing waves of confidence with constant pressure gliding across and through their head, upper body, legs, and feet. Use of light to medium pressure stimulates nerve endings, and increases blood flow and lymph drainage.

The Deep Experience
A lowered table allows my upper body to pour its weight via straightened arms into clients, using gravity to help with this work. I coordinate all movements with the breathing patterns of the client, helping them to embrace all aspects of themselves, even the painful ones, so that they can inhabit their bodies more fully.

Reiki
Reiki Consultation (Phone)
During this consultation I will answer any questions you have about Reiki and/or Bodywork, and you'll learn how your session will be uniquely tailored to provide the greatest healing results.
15 minutes - Free
Reiki (In Person)
Beginning and ending with a five-minute consultation, I’ll use my hands just above your body and/or a light, serene touch to help guide energy in a way which promotes balance and healing. I can add aromatherapy, sound healing, and crystal support for a cosmic refresh!
1 hour 10mins - $85.00
Distance Reiki (Zoom)
Relax in the comfort of your own home and enjoy the good vibes. Have you ever loved someone who was oceans away yet you could still feel their energy even if they're not in front of you? Similar to this, Reiki also works effectively over space and time. Long-distance Reiki is a logical leap out of the conventional ways of thinking!

A house clearing is a divine way to clean our slate, purify our space, and free ourselves from the negative. It includes a consultation going over your intentions for the cleansing, crystal support, sage smudging ritual, and a salt & fire clearing.
